Blackberry Prosciutto & Cantaloupe Skewers

- 12 oz Fresh Blackberries
- 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella Pearls
- 6 oz Dry Cured Prosciutto ~6 slices
- 16 oz Fresh Cantaloupe Chunks
Add one fresh blackberry to the toothpick advancing all the way to the opposite end.
Add a mozzarella ball to the toothpick and press against the Blackberry.
Cut or tear the Prosciutto in half and add to the toothpick below the mozzarella ball.
Add the cantaloupe chunk to the end of the skewer. Tip: to Save time, buy pre-cut cantaloupe chunks. These may not be cut perfectly square so make sure to add the cantaloupe with a flat side on the bottom for standing.
Repeat the entire process for each skewer. Step 7: Style and serve immediately or refrigerate in airtight container up to 24 hours before serving.
