Homemade Blackberry Tarts

Servings: 18 tarts
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 6 cups All Purpose Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 3/4 cups Canola Oil
- 5 oz Evaporated Milk
- 1 1/2 Cups Blackberry Preserves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix sugar, cinnamon and baking powder in large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix 4 eggs, canola oil and evaporated milk.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly to combine.
Add flour to mixture 1 cup at a time while mixing, kneading to combine.
Flour worksurface and spread dough.
Cut out tart shapes using wide mouth mason jar lid.
Spread circle dough pieces onto baking sheet.
Add 1 tablespoon of preserves to the center of each dough circle.
Cover with another circle piece of dough and press edges together with fingers to secure.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Cool completely and enjoy!
